For dinner I also tried to make Cashew Chicken. It turned out well. We were all pleased, except for Aidan who thought it was a tad spicy. I actually made it pretty tame. After dinner, we had our mango and sticky rice dessert which also turned out well. Cooking Thai food is fun!
